The AI After-work is a 90-minute collaborative workshop in the most relaxed setting Barcelona has to offer: a small group, visuals on the table and a drink in hand. We work on a fictional company and real AI use cases. Together we pick one and look at what it opens up, what it breaks, and what it would actually take to make it work — economically, socially, ethically and environmentally. You leave with something rare: a concrete feel for what it means to bring AI into an organisation coherently, and a clear sense of where you would start in yours. This is not a tools workshop. No prompting, no ChatGPT vs. Claude vs. Gemini. Here you understand before you choose. No technical background required — a mixed room is exactly what makes it work.
