Hong Kong Youth AI Hackathon Phase 3

Event OverviewA one-day AI hackathon designed for young people aged 8–16. No experience needed, just bring your curiosity and a laptop.Participants will see real AI robots in action, build a project from scratch with guidance from mentors, and present their results on stage. One weekend, one team, one project. Whether you have never written code or are already developing apps at home, this day is about turning 'what if' into 'I made this.'Event HighlightsFace-to-face with robots. Watch a live demo of an AI coffee robot making coffee automatically, and get up close with an embodied intelligence robot to understand the full process of perception, decision-making, and execution.Hands-on experience creating real projects. After forming teams and choosing topics, participants will have three hours of focused development time. Mentors will be present to assist with debugging, iteration, and delivery.Pitch on stage. Each team will have 5 minutes to present + Q&A with judges. Evaluation criteria include creativity, completeness, technical difficulty, and presentation skills.
