This practical, beginner-friendly workshop is designed for people who have heard about tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Copilot but aren't yet sure how to use them in a way that actually helps.You don't need any technical knowledge or previous experience. Just bring a laptop if possible and be ready to experiment. During the session, you'll learn: • What the different AI tools do and when to use them • How to write prompts that produce useful results • How to use AI in day-to-day work and business tasks • How to recognise mistakes, bias and inaccurate outputs • How to use AI responsibly and protect your data This workshop is designed to help you get comfortable using AI tools in a practical way. We'll explore where they can genuinely save time, where they're less useful, and how to make informed decisions about using them in your day-to-day work. By the end of the session, you'll have tried the tools for yourself, created something useful, and gained a clearer understanding of how they might fit into your own work and business.
