AI + Drone Innovation Lab
Description
AI + Drone Innovation LabLecturer: Brian Loeswick and TAsBrian Loeswick is an AI educator and technology innovator who specializes in hands-on learning experiences that help students explore emerging technologies. With expertise in artificial intelligence, coding, digital fabrication, and project-based learning, he guides students through the process of designing, building, and programming technology solutions to solve real-world challenges. At the AI + Drone Innovation Camp, Brian will lead students through drone engineering, 3D design and printing, and AI-powered coding activities, empowering them to become creators, innovators, and future technology leaders.Course DescriptionDay 1. Drone Anatomy & Build a Drone & First Flight Learn the principles that allow drones to fly, the various components needed for a drone, and participate in a session where you assemble a drone and code to control its movements.Day 2. Rescue Mission: 3D Printing & 3D ModelingAn urgent situation where we need to deliver medicine to a stranded person using a drone! Each student will tackle the mission of creating a carrier to transport the medicine via drone and the components to attach the carrier to the drone. This will involve design, prototyping, 3D printing, and testing.Day 3. AI Vibe Coding LabControl drones using AI tools without prior Arduino coding experience!Date: July 25th, August 1st, 2nd.Time: 2pm~4pmTuition: $100Arduino Drone Kit: $150Total: $250*Need to bring your laptop computer with your own Google account (Drive).Eligibility
