Agentic AI Governance Meetup

For some time now, it's clearly chaos in the Agentic realm: 🔹 Ideas are flowing, but too few have either real value or are impossible to deploy and maintain in the long term. 🔹 Fantasies of exponential acceleration in delivery cycles, while we know that the pure "Dev" part of a Data project often represents only ~20% of the work done. 🔹 Agentic "strategies" that boil down to: "let's give Claude licenses to everyone and let the magic happen," but which result in exploding costs, exploding shadow AI, and AI products that ultimately still don't work better, since the foundations are still not there... And in the Agentic (and Gen AI) field, technique is clearly the easiest to master. What often blocks progress is all the necessary structure around it: business knowledge, data, long-term operational monitoring, accountability, and continuous monitoring. This meetup is therefore a space for exchanges dedicated to these topics. At each edition: Everyone is welcome, regardless of their background or perspective on the subject, as long as contributions and interventions are respectful and constructive.
