Agentic AI for Business: Build Smarter Workflows

A hands-on AI workshop for women founders and entrepreneurs, organized by Earnest Business Club. AI can do much more than help you write emails or generate ideas. AI agents can take over parts of the repetitive work you already do every day — helping you automate existing processes, move faster, and free up time for higher-value work. At this 3-hour workshop, we’ll explore how to use Agentic AI in a real, operating business: how to identify processes worth automating, design AI-powered workflows, and start building solutions you can actually use in your day-to-day work. This is a working session, not a lecture. You’ll learn, test, build, and work on your own business processes during the workshop. IMPORTANT: BRING YOUR LAPTOP! 💻You will be working directly with AI tools throughout the session. Without a computer, you won’t be able to fully participate in the practical part of the workshop. What we’ll work on: Come with your laptop — and ideally with 1–2 real processes from your business that you would love to make faster, easier, or more automated.
