Agentic Academy
Description
A second edition Last year's Agentic Academy was a good evening, and the feedback said the same thing twice: do it again, and go a level deeper. So we are back on 8 December, at BLWRK in Edegem, with i8c, steerio and IBM. Why this evening Most organisations are past the demo stage. Agents are being built, in more places than IT can see, and the questions have changed. Not "can AI answer this", but "can AI act, can we still see what it did, and who approved it". That gap between building agents and running them in production is what this evening is about. Three talks, three angles: • What is actually happening in the market in AI and integration, and what it means for your architecture. Why the integration layer, and not the model, is where control lives. • What agentic governance takes in practice: identity delegation that carries a human's permissions to the last call, policy enforced at every tool call and data access, and an audit trail that survives scrutiny. • Where IBM's watsonx Orchestrate and watsonx.governance fit into that picture, and what they look like in real use. Every talk comes from hands-on practice, and there is time afterwards to compare notes with peers over good food and drinks.
