The Annual Meeting of the Association for Human-Friendly Technology will be held on Wednesday, August 19, from 17:00 to 18:30 in the Wasabi meeting room at Hafnarhaus, Tryggvagata 17, 2nd floor. During the meeting, there will be elections for the board and auditor of annual accounts. Those who have been registered in the association at least two weeks before the annual meeting have the right to vote and can also run for election. It will be possible to run for election at the meeting. The agenda of the meeting includes traditional annual meeting tasks:If it looks like there will be a very good turnout, we will consider moving the meeting to a larger hall / venue and will notify registered participants in good time.Exciting times lie ahead for the Association for Human-Friendly Technology. We are in a significant phase of development at the same time that society is facing major decisions regarding the development and implementation of artificial intelligence. Our goal is to build a strong movement that ensures that human perspectives are heard when these decisions are made.
