Where do I start governing?This hands-on workshop is designed for founders, CTOs, legal leaders, compliance officers, and technology professionals who are already using or developing AI solutions and need to move from theory to practice, create documentation, and ensure accountability.Unlike a course, this is a workshop. We start from the premise that there is no single way to govern AI. There are many variables, such as size, maturity stage, industry, intent, and planning of each business.Our goal is not to deliver a ready-made model but to show possible paths and help each participant identify what makes sense for their reality.Throughout the meeting, we will build together, step by step, the main foundational decisions to be made in AI Governance that are often overlooked.In the end, the expectation is that each participant leaves with a draft of their own governance roadmap, prioritized and adapted to their context.
