We Have AI, What Now?

This session focuses less on AI tools and more on deciding what role AI should play within an organisation. An email, meeting summary, analysis, or recommendation may take seconds to generate. But each requires a different level of oversight, and the time saved creating the work can quickly be spent reviewing and correcting it. Through practical business examples and real-world stories, we will look at when AI should assist a person, when it should recommend an action, and when a process may be ready to run without routine human review. You’ll leave with a way to evaluate AI initiatives in your own organisation and decide where AI adds value, where people should stay in control, and where automation makes sense. **Lunch is included.
