THINKING CAREER Vol.3 invites creators who are at the forefront to collectively consider ‘self-introductions as creators’ in this AI era where all domains are merging. We will delve into how to build a career, maintain creativity, face technology, and the perspectives required for creators in the future. Joined a company focusing on cultural projects aiming for sustainable urban development. Involved in planning large installations and art events, as well as establishing cultural facilities in new development projects. In her personal activities outside the organization, she was awarded at the MEET YOUR ART ‘Next Curators Competition 2021’ as an independent curator. Founded a company while enrolled at Musashino Art University, leading everything from strategy to implementation. After starting a production company and a hardware startup, he established good Inc. As a design innovator responsible for everything from strategy to implementation, he supports the realization of design management for companies. Currently, as a design innovator at good Inc., he supports clients by crossing boundaries according to their challenges and phases. Namiko Yamamoto | Namiko YamamotoEditor, writer, interviewer / Graduate of the Department of Product Design, Women's Academy of Art. Engages in planning, editing, and writing primarily for fashion and lifestyle magazines and web media. Entered a major select shop as a new grad, then became independent after two years as an editorial assistant. Enjoys discovering each person's unique charm through interviews. Mao Kitakawa | Mao KitakawaCommunity manager / Facilitator. Graduate of the Philosophy Department at Sophia University. As a PR and organizational development consultant, supports communication and dialogue design for startups in the B2B sector and listed companies. Works on creating environments that shine a light on pre-verbal thinking and perspectives, continuing to create organizations that can adapt gracefully to change.
