Supervity Autopilot Asia Hackathon is a two-round APAC builder challenge, online sprint to in-person finale at Asia Pacific University, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This is not a prompt competition. Every submission must be a live, working AI Employee built on the Supervity Auto platform with real integrations, enforced AI Policies, and exception handling built in. The same standard enterprises hold their production deployments to. Round 1 is a 48-hour online sprint open to 2,000+ participants across APAC. The top finalists come into Kuala Lumpur for Round 2, building and showcasing production-grade AI Employee solutions in front of corporate judges and enterprise hiring partners, with the in-person build day on August 8 and Finals Day on August 9 at Asia Pacific University. Registrations close on 9th July. July 11β12 Auto Bootcamp Series Mandatory live platform workshop and release of scenario packs 24β48 hours before Round 1. July 18β19 Round 1: The AI Intern 48-hour online sprint with submissions through Auto. July 20β23 Evaluation & Shortlisting Two-stage evaluation process with evaluator pods, calibration sessions, and track-based scoring. July 25 Finalists Announcement Approximately 120 teams (~300 participants), with ~20 teams per track across 5 tracks, will be notified. July 25 Round 2 Brief + GitHub Starter Repo Released GitHub starter repositories shared for finalist teams. July 26β27 Round 2 Prep Finalist preparation, onboarding, and travel/arrival coordination as needed. International teams arrive in Malaysia at their convenience before Finals Day. August 3β7 Round 2: The AI Employee Five-day remote build phase while based in Malaysia, with daily FDE office hours conducted via Discord. August 8 In-Person Build Day + Code Freeze All finalist teams work on-site at Asia Pacific University. Code freeze is at 11:59 PM; no further commits or submissions accepted after this deadline. August 9 Final Showcase & Judging Day Project demonstrations, track judging, CEO keynote, judgesβ addresses, prize distribution ceremony, and closing.
