Most engineers are handed a ticket and asked to ship it. In this full-day, in-person workshop you are handed a company instead: its P&L, its system telemetry, its support tickets, its user research, and its competitor landscape. Your job is to work out what is actually worth building, prove it, and defend it to the people who own the numbers. Throughout the workshop, you will dig through the data, form a testable hypothesis linking a technical change to a business outcome, interview the executives responsible for that outcome, build a rough prototype, and pitch a roadmap in ten minutes. Expect your assumptions, your cost estimates, and your technical trade-offs to be challenged in the room.
