She is also a Tech Ethics and Policy Mentor at Stanford University’s McCoy Center for Ethics in Society. Previously, she served as CEO of Project Liberty Institute and founding CEO of the Crypto Council for Innovation. Whitebox AIWhitebox is developing technology to measure, certify, and control architectural risks in advanced AI systems. Its work focuses on enabling highly capable foundation models while limiting the emergence of characteristics such as persistent identity, self-modeling, and agency.
