Join a Claude Community Event, organized by local enthusiasts for everyone who loves building with Claude Code!When you open the Claude Code, you start coding. But what turns it from an assistant into a system is not the code; it’s five markdown files.INTENT.md explains why you are doing this. PLAN.md outlines the order in which things will be done. CLAUDE.md specifies the rules under which it will operate. DESIGN.md shows how it was set up. MEMORY.md declares what will be remembered when the session ends. Five files, five questions, all plain text. Thus, you are actually programming a development tool with sentences.This morning we will write these five files one by one in your own project. By the end, the Claude Code will not only take commands; it will understand what you are doing, why you are doing it, and where you left off.FormatA brief structure, followed by three building sprints. We will see how the files are interconnected and move on to the sprints in fifteen minutes.7:30 PM · Sprint 1: INTENT.md and PLAN.md (Why and Order). Choose a real feature or project. First, write the intent, then break it down into a feasible plan with Claude.8:10 PM · Sprint 2: CLAUDE.md and DESIGN.md (Rules and Architecture). Write the rules that Claude will follow in each session and the architecture in which it will work.8:45 PM · Short break.
