From Unemployment to Entrepreneurship HUBee Inc. Celebration Night for Establishment After working at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Deloitte, I transitioned to a startup. Just two weeks later, I was unemployed. I will reveal the shocking behind-the-scenes story and share the sales tools and automation of social media communication that I applied during the preparation period leading up to starting my business. Don't miss the techniques for utilizing Claude Code as an entrepreneur in the age of AI agents. At the end of the speech, I will explain the business concept and strategy for supporting foreign companies' entry into the Japanese market that HUBee envisions in the future. We will welcome guest speakers, Ms. Fujiwara, a partner at EY ShinNihon LLC, which supports female entrepreneurs, and Mr. Nishimuta, a city council member from Ichikawa. I will share the behind-the-scenes story and the practical aspects of business creation. ◇ Utilizing AI｜I will reveal techniques for utilizing Claude Code as practiced by entrepreneurs in the age of AI agents. I will introduce practical techniques for automating telemarketing AI, sales tools, and improving efficiency in daily operations. ◇ Social Media Communication｜I developed “Claudeglam” for automating reel production and social media analysis.
