Participants may also receive mentorship and support from our organising partners and industry experts throughout the hackathon. ⏰ 13 August 2026, 11:59 PM SGT (Tentative) — Project Submission Deadline Submit your project proposal, presentation deck, prototype (if applicable), and supporting materials for preliminary judging. 📝 14 August 2026 — Preliminary Evaluation & Finalist Shortlisting The judging panel will review all submissions and shortlist the strongest teams to advance to the Grand Finals. 🏆 15 August 2026 — Demo Day & Grand Finals (Lunch Provided!) Participants will come down and network and share ideas with organisers and partners. Finalists will pitch their solutions live to the judging panel, followed by networking with Microsoft, Parkway Shenton, IHH Healthcare, Petani AI, and industry partners before the prize presentation and closing ceremony. 👥 Team Requirements 🎯 Challenge Tracks 💻 Technical Track — Microsoft Copilot Build Challenge Build an AI-powered solution using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Microsoft ecosystem to address real operational or clinical challenges faced by Parkway Shenton. Challenge Focus Design and implement an AI solution that improves healthcare workflows, enhances staff productivity, or streamlines clinical and administrative processes. Example Ideas 🎨 Non-Technical Track — AI for Vaccination Adoption Develop a compelling business proposition to improve adult vaccination awareness, education, and uptake. This track focuses on solving real-world public health challenges through business strategy, user-centric design, market validation, and the effective use of AI. Participants are encouraged to validate their ideas through research, customer insights, business models, implementation plans, and go-to-market strategies. A prototype, mockup, no-code demo, or AI-assisted proof of concept is encouraged to demonstrate the solution, but a fully functional product is not required. Challenge Focus Design a practical and scalable solution that increases adult vaccination adoption through education, personalised engagement, behavioural insights, partnerships, or community outreach.
