Abstract: The adoption of Artificial Intelligence is an essential competitive lever, but many entities in the logistics sector today operate in a heterogeneous scenario: while some companies are still at 'year zero,' hindered by understandable disorientation on how to initiate the first investments, others have started the first pilot projects but struggle to measure their actual value or to integrate them stably into core processes. This seminar offers a pragmatic and executive roadmap designed for both needs, focusing on reducing execution risk. Reply will illustrate the strategic criteria for mapping business processes and identifying the so-called quick wins: targeted entry solutions, with reduced implementation times and a clear return on investment (ROI).
