About the Workshop You’ve probably heard a lot about what AI can do. Perhaps you’ve experimented with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or other AI tools, or you’re just getting started. This workshop goes beyond one-off prompts and teaches how to make Claude a practical part of your actual work. In this 3-hour hands-on workshop, led by Jung-Hong Kim, Co-founder and CEO of Klipy, you will learn to provide Claude with the context it needs to understand your work, create reusable skills for tasks you perform regularly, and start automating repetitive work. At Klipy, Jung and his team of three are building a global business serving thousands of users in 56 countries, with Claude playing a key role in how such a small team operates at scale. During the workshop, Jung will share approaches his team actually uses and help you apply these to your own work. The workshop has been designed based on feedback from the entR community, focusing on the areas that people have expressed the most interest in learning: building reusable AI skills, automating repetitive work, and combining these skills to handle more complex tasks. Instead of merely talking about what’s possible, you will work on a real task from your own business or work during the session. No programming skills are required. What You Will Learn During this hands-on workshop, you will learn how to: ⚙️ Set up Claude correctly and create the foundation for more effective use 🧠 Provide Claude with context about your business, your work, and your preferences, so you don't have to start from scratch each time 📝 Create an instruction file that helps Claude work with you more consistently 🛠️ Transform a repetitive task from your own work into a reusable AI skill 🔄 Automate repetitive work and connect Claude with the tools you already use 🔗 Combine multiple skills for more complex workpieces 🔒 Use Claude more securely, including understanding data, privacy, retention, and relevant settings. What You Will Take Away ✅ A Claude workspace configured for your work and context ✅ Your own instruction file that tells Claude how you and your business operate ✅ At least one reusable AI skill based on a real task you’re currently performing ✅ A shortlist of three additional tasks you could pass to AI next ✅ Workshop templates and resources you can continue to use after the session ✅ A clearer understanding of how to use Claude safely and effectively in your work.
