Entertainment Robotics Incubation Program – Autumn 2026 Culture of Silicon Valley × Aitizen City Human × AI × Robot Leave a mark. Test. Coexist. Create value together. What if your AI or robot could do more than just answer questions or assist you? What if it could become your creative and business partner – helping you design experiences, serve customers, run a business, and even generate income together? The culture of Silicon Valley and Aitizen City invites students, parents, founders, engineers, creatives, and future builders to participate in a 4–6 week entertainment robotics incubation program. This is not a traditional AI course. It is a project-based incubation experience where participants create their own AI / entertainment robot, test it in a simulated city, explore real business applications, and potentially connect the project with physical robots and smart devices. Kick-off Saturday, September 12, 2026 2:00–3:00 PM Location: Plug and Play Tech Center, Silicon Valley + Online Online Meeting:https://meet.google.com/azd-kjxa-rvu Program Duration: 4–6 weeks Weekly Commitment: 1-hour incubation session What will you build? Each participant or team will create an original entertainment robot / AI agent in Aitizen City. You will explore: • Who is your AI / your robot? • What personality and abilities does it have? • What entertainment experience or service can it provide? • Who are its customers? • How can it collaborate with its human partner? • How can it create value or generate revenue? • What could it become if it eventually had a physical body? The goal is to take an idea to a project that can actually be experienced, tested, and presented. Incubation Path Create your Aitizen Define the identity, personality, abilities, and role of your AI / robot. Design the experience Create an entertainment experience, a service, a game, an interaction, or a business concept. Enter the simulated city Kick off your project in Aitizen City and place it in a functioning simulated commercial environment. Test the business Invite users to experience the project, gather feedback, and explore paid testing. We want participants to ask a very practical question: Will anyone actually use – or pay for – what my AI / my robot offers? Explore physical AI Selected projects may have opportunities to connect with partner robotics companies, physical robots, smart devices, hardware platforms, sensors, displays, mobile systems, or other physical interfaces. The goal is to explore how a virtual AI experience could evolve into a real robotic experience. Prepare a demo & pitch Participants will develop a project demo and learn how to present: • The problem • The experience • The AI / robot • The user • The business model • The next steps Who can participate? We welcome: High school students, college students, parents, parent + teen teams, founders, engineers, designers, creatives, businesspeople, anyone interested in AI × Robotics × Entertainment Programming skills are not required. You can participate with an existing project, an early idea, or simply out of curiosity and the desire to build. Parents are encouraged to participate independently. Parents and teens can also work together to create a project as a team. Weekly Format The program runs for about 4–6 weeks. Each week includes: 1-hour incubation session at Plug and Play or online plus approximately: 4–6 hours of independent project work Participants will use the weekly sessions to check progress, receive feedback, solve problems, refine their experience, and prepare for the next milestone. This is a building program. Participants are expected to continue developing their project between sessions. Certificate Students who complete the entire incubation process and project requirements will receive: Certificate of Completion – Entertainment Robotics Incubation Program The certificate acknowledges the completion of a project-based human × AI × robot incubation experience, including concept development, testing in a simulated city, business exploration, and project presentation. Plug and Play Demo & Pitch Opportunity The Aitizen City incubation program has already run through several cohorts. Projects from different cohorts will be reviewed together. A selected group of outstanding projects will be invited to a future: Plug and Play Demo & Pitch Selected teams will have the opportunity to present their projects to multiple investors, industry partners, technology companies, robotics companies, and ecosystem collaborators. Participation in the final pitch is selective from multiple incubation cohorts and is not guaranteed by completing the program. All qualified student participants who meet the incubation requirements will be able to receive the program's completion certificate. What are we really exploring? We are not simply asking: Can AI replace humans? We are asking something different: Can an AI or a robot become your partner – creating with you, serving you, working with you, and helping you build new economic value? Can a human and an AI share a business? Can an AI agent become a future robot? Can entertainment become one of the first real environments where humans × AI × robots learn how to coexist?
