This edition explores disruption from two angles, the world being remade by AI, and the personal reinventions happening quietly alongside it. We'll hear from two speakers with their own disruption stories. Then, we'll have the conversation that usually doesn't happen at professional events, honest, unfiltered, and held in a room full of women who get it.***Space is intentionally limited to 30 women.MEET YOUR SPEAKERS Fireside Chat with Ashley Wen Ashley Wen is the CEO and Founder of Radical, which uses phone-based 3D scanning and custom manufacturing to make bras that actually fit. After spending over $4,000 on 50+ bras that did not fit, she became a certified professional bra fitter, discovered that most women's real sizes don't exist in stores, and founded Radical to bring scan-to-custom manufacturing to the category. She holds a granted U.S. patent for Radical's end-to-end manufacturing technology and has personally fit 500+ customers into Radical bras. Before Radical, Ashley built her career in education technology, leading marketing at Coursera, the Emerson Collective, and Epic (acq. BYJU's). She earned two degrees from UC Berkeley and is currently an MBA candidate at Berkeley Haas. Moderated by Judith MartinezJudith Martinez is a social impact leader who has spent over 12 years building the rooms and ecosystems that turn values into something durable — across nonprofit, grassroots organizing, federal policy, and global business. She is the Founder of InHerShoes, an award-winning nonprofit dedicated to leadership development and capacity building for women and girls, built on the belief that courage is a practice. While leading InHerShoes, Judith also joined as the founding social impact hire at Rare Beauty and the Rare Impact Fund founded by Selena Gomez, scaling the company's global social impact division from a single role into a full-functioning business unit and philanthropic arm. Throughout her career, Judith has worked with institutions committed to systemic change, from the White House to Ashoka to GOOD Worldwide. From board rooms to classrooms, she has approached impact work at the intersection of innovation, impact, and inclusion — scaling trust-based philanthropy and partnering across functions to turn intention into durable systems, with stakeholders brought along at every step. A first-generation Filipino American and daughter of immigrants, she's spent her career as connective tissue between communities who don't always share a seat at the table — bringing an interdisciplinary lens shaped by philosophy, law, and a Master's of Science in Digital Media & Management, with a focus on tech, media, and entrepreneurship.
