The conference on computational structural biology will take place at the EMBL Advanced Training Centre in Heidelberg, Germany, with the option of virtual participation. This second edition of the conference builds on the success of the previous meeting in 2023 and aims to showcase advances in computational research on biomolecular structures, functions, and interactions. The program covers a wide range of topics, from molecular modeling to systematic analyses, integrating AI-driven innovations alongside classical methods.

Second edition of the EMBO workshop "Computational Structural Biology," based on the success of the 2023 meeting. Focuses on advances in computational examination of biomolecular structures, functions, and interactions. Includes AI-driven innovations and classical methods and explores future directions in the field. New sessions for 2025: drug design and infrastructures/software platforms. Includes a job fair for early-career researchers. Interactive sessions: speed networking, meetings with speakers/editors, and career workshops. Session topics include modeling proteins and nucleic acids, structural dynamics, protein evolution and design, structural bioinformatics, drug discovery, structural systems biology, infrastructures, and software platforms. Option for virtual participation. Organized by EMBL Heidelberg. The aim is to advance computational structural biology and promote interdisciplinary research and collaborations.
