Codex Impact Workshop - AI·SW Maestro Programme

This event is organized by Codex Ambassador Han Seo-woo and is not an official OpenAI event. Only mentees participating in the 17th AI·SW Maestro Programme can apply. From profitable problems to issues needed by society. Two people in one team will create a small yet functioning solution together with Codex for 2 hours and 30 minutes. At a glance What will we create? Choose a social issue of interest such as accessibility, care, education, mental health, climate, local disparities, and public information. Focus on a small prototype that operates on one input → one result → one human review rather than a massive service. Timeline 15:00–15:30 | Intro If there are pre-event Codex questions, we will introduce ourselves for up to 30 minutes; if questions are few, we will explain the event’s purpose and start development immediately. 15:30–18:00 | Build & Talk We will proceed with the actual development. Judges will join from 17:30 to walk around and observe the progress of the projects. 18:00–19:00 | 3–4-Minute Demo & Judging A maximum of 12 teams will present for 3–4 minutes, and the judges will provide brief feedback. 19:00–20:00 | Q&A & Optional Networking We will conduct a Q&A session and optional networking.
