What this workshop covers This is a 1-hour hands-on session showing secondaries teams, LPs, and fund finance staff how to produce a defensible price range and a buyer-ready data pack, using Claude AI agents inside Claude Cowork. We walk you through a production-ready multi-agent workflow that takes fund marks and underlying asset data and produces a bottoms-up NAV-to-price bridge with the swing factors named, so by the end of the session you can price an LP stake without building the bridge by hand. Limited slots available. First come, first served. Section 1: Running the Full Pricing Workflow How to have Claude run the entire engine in one sequence. An Orchestrator restates the stake, the goal, and the timeline. A Portfolio Pricer builds a bottoms-up NAV-to-price bridge by underlying asset. A Value Bull argues the hold value of the portfolio. A Discount Bear on a fresh turn argues the buyer's discount. The run ends at the Watch Dog, which traces every mark to source, confirms the bridge reconciles to NAV and the discount is benchmarked, sends any untraced mark back to the Pricer, and has the Judge issue a defensible price range and the key swing factors. Section 2: Turning the Workflow into a Reusable Skill How to capture the run order as a Claude skill so it executes the same way every time. We build the skill that encodes each seat, the NAV-to-price bridge, and the reconciliation checks, so pricing a stake becomes a single instruction rather than a sequence you rebuild per portfolio. Section 3: Root Files and Workspace Configuration How the files driving the workflow actually work: the workspace identity and house rules, the skill file for the pricing engine, the editable criteria that hold your discount benchmarks and reconciliation rules so your team can tune them without touching code, and the agent files behind the Value Bull, Discount Bear, Judge, and Watch Dog. Configure these once and every stake you price gets bridged, benchmarked, and reconciled against the same standard. Section 4: The Scheduling Prompt How to re-price on a schedule. Configure Claude to refresh the bridge as new marks land, so the stake is always priced and ready to move rather than re-modeled each time a counterparty appears. What you leave with All root files, prompts, workflows, and input templates ready to run on your own company tomorrow. 30-minute Q&A with Ayub. Who this is for Secondaries teams, LPs, and fund finance staff who want to compress the time between deciding to sell a stake and having a defensible price range and a buyer-ready data pack on the table.
