Discovering the Truths of AI in Your Business How to Excel and Thrive with AI Most business owners have tried an AI tool once, typed in a question, received a generic answer and quietly returned to their manual processes. Nobody showed you how it works, so you utilized a very expensive tool like an average search engine, and then dismissed it. This is the session that changes that. We spend 3 hours on one tool, Claude, and we thoroughly explore the entire platform: what each section is for, what it's excellent at, what it falls short on, and where the boundary lies between the two. By the end, you'll have a functioning setup and insights about AI based on actual use. What we will build together in the room. Your first Claude Project. We’ll integrate your brand guidelines, your tone of voice, and the way you articulate your work, ensuring every piece of content Claude generates reflects your business identity. If your current output resembles a bank's press release, this is where that changes. Your first Skill, which is a reusable set of instructions that you compose once and Claude follows every time, so the information you frequently re-explain gets articulated precisely once. Genuine marketing content for your business, created during the session, aligned with your brand and ready for use. Your company, your language, your customers. We will also analyze, live, how Claude can save you money on day-to-day administration, as the aim here is to reclaim hours each week and redirect those hours into conversations that generate revenue. Who this is for. Business owners, directors, office managers, and anyone handling daily operations. You require no technical expertise whatsoever. What you do need is creative thinking and the ability to clearly explain what your business does and how you operate. If you can describe your business to a new employee over coffee, you can do this. What you'll take away. A comprehensive understanding of the whole Claude platform, a Project configured with your brand guidelines, your first operational Skill, a batch of on-brand marketing content, and a prioritized list of administrative tasks Claude should manage first. What to bring. A laptop and a Claude account on a paid plan (Pro is sufficient). If you have a brand guide, a tone of voice document, or examples of your best marketing, please bring those as well. If not, that's okay, we'll help you extract it in the room. How we conduct it. Every Get AI Powers session is hands-on and tailored to your business. You bring a laptop and your knowledge of how your company operates, as that is what we cannot provide. We bring the method. By the end, you will have something operational that you built yourself and understand well enough to continue developing on Monday. We treat Claude like a new staff member: you onboard it, brief it appropriately, then assign it real work and review the results. Obtaining the license is 10% of the process.
