Claude 101 - AI Workshop: Create Your Custom AI Assistant

Most agents have now watched somebody demonstrate AI. Very few have actually built anything with it. That is what this hour resolves. This is a hands-on workshop. You bring a charged laptop, and we will create your custom AI assistant together, live, in the room. You will leave with something that works and understands your business. 🛠️ WHAT WE CREATE TOGETHER • Your assistant, configured and trained on how you truly operate • A repeatable method for writing listing descriptions, photo captions, and social media posts in your own voice • A process for transforming market data into something that a client will actually read • Prompts you can reuse on Monday morning without rewriting them each time • A straightforward system for saving what works so you are not starting from scratch every week 👥 WHO THIS IS FOR Open to all real estate agents in Colorado. Any brokerage, any level of experience, all are welcome. Lenders and transaction coordinators are welcome as well. If you have never interacted with AI, that’s fine. If you have been experimenting with it for a year and know you are only scratching the surface, that’s fine too. We start from the basics and progress quickly. 💻 WHAT YOU NEED BEFORE YOU ARRIVE • The Claude desktop app downloaded and installed • Logged in on a paid Claude plan (Pro or higher, approximately 17 to 20 dollars a month). The free plan does not include Claude Cowork. • The Claude for Chrome browser extension installed and logged in • A charged laptop Seats are limited so I can actually circulate the room and assist. If you arrive without the requirements mentioned above, I will not be able to slow down the class to help you set up, so come prepared to build. ❓ FAQ Do I need any AI experience to attend? No. This is designed for people starting from scratch. If you can use a laptop, you can do this. Do I need to have attended a previous class first? No. This class is self-contained. Is this really free? Yes. No sales pitch, no upsell. I teach because it is the most beneficial thing I can do for the agents I work with. What if my setup isn’t working correctly before I arrive? Message me in advance, and I will assist you in getting sorted. Don't wait until you sit down. What if I register and cannot attend? No problem. Cancel your ticket so someone on the waiting list can take the seat. Will this be recorded? No. It is hands-on, and the value is in doing it live in the room. What should I bring?
