The real challenge comes when movement needs to be consistently delivered across dozens of screens, platforms, and teams. In this talk, Yaamin examines what comes after the prompt: how to think about animation as a system rather than an isolated asset, why scale and governance are as important as creativity, and how teams can build movement workflows that remain consistent, perform well, and comply with branding as they grow.Yaamin is a designer turned marketer with ten years of experience in design, movement, and marketing. He leads Partnerships at LottieFiles, where he positions himself at the intersection of AI, design, and movement, promoting educational and partnership initiatives that help designers and developers bring movement to their products. Our SponsorOpen Government ProductsOpen Government Products is an internal team of engineers, designers, and product managers building technology for the public good.
