Before you assign an agent to your content

On large websites, information is spread across many pages and various sources. Much of it resides in people's minds and disappears when they leave. Before an agent can create a page from that material, three elements must be established. A schema is needed, a location for the knowledge, and a decision about who will review it before publication. The session will address these three elements, and then demonstrate the system in action. Panter developed it for the CMS migration of Swiss Post, where around 10,000 pages in four languages transition to a new structure. The final part is hands-on, featuring a demo environment.
