Welcome to Nokia AI Forward '26. AI is no longer simply supporting engineers or accelerating individual tasks. It is beginning to take part in engineering work itself: searching knowledge, generating solutions, debugging systems and operating as autonomous agents within development environments. At Nokia AI Forward '26, we move beyond the productivity conversation to explore what this shift means for engineering organizations. Through real prototypes, experiments and practical insights, we will examine how workflows, teams, knowledge systems and decision-making evolve when humans and AI become part of the same engineering system.
