A.I for Boring Tasks - 3 Things to Switch On This Week!

Practical session for anyone interested in learning more! There's no jargon and no "what is AI" lecture. Dave Head, founder of Sunderland agency Northern, showcases three things you can set up this week, live on real accounts: a two-minute check on how you currently use AI, inquiries that respond and follow up by themselves, and the administrative tasks AI can handle for you. What we will cover; • The two-minute AI Check (hands-on, on your phone): seven honest questions about how you use AI today, a score out of 35, and the one thing to fix first. • Self-answering inquiries: a lead comes in, receives a reply in a minute, gets a follow-up if they go quiet, and a Google review request after they make a purchase. Operates on a CRM that most small firms can afford. • The tedious tasks, automated: the weekly spreadsheet that emails each fitter their jobs by postcode (150 jobs a week, three engineers, nobody compiles a list manually), meeting notes that convert themselves into a task list, invoice reminders that send themselves. • AI clones and AI presenters: film yourself correctly once, use the footage as training data, then create walkthroughs and social videos without the need for a studio booking. • Content at speed: AI-generated images, subtitles, and motion for social media when a photoshoot would deplete the budget, plus the candid insights about where AI falters and what a human still needs to verify. • Live demonstrations on actual client accounts, including the cost and savings of each one. • Activity: everyone conducts the AI Check on their own business, then selects one automation to establish, along with a list of free tools. • Walk away with: your AI Check results, a one-page start-here guide, and a list of free tools.
