AI Era Co-Creation Workshop | If You Don't Learn AI, Let's Clarify the Moat That AI Can't Cross

AI has entered our lives, but no one tells you what skills to practice next? You may already be using AI in your work every day, or you may just be starting to explore. Regardless of which category you fall into, you have probably encountered the same confusion: AI seems to be able to do a little bit of everything, but where should you focus your efforts to avoid being replaced and not waste your efforts? To be honest, we don't have a standard answer to this question yet. The Ark Project has been pondering what talent looks like in the AI era? What kind of abilities are unquantifiable in a CV but are crucial in determining whether you can make sound judgments and collaborate effectively? We have listed some thoughts, but rather than thinking it through ourselves in the team, we want to hear your perspective as someone who is currently working and living with AI. ❏ Event Content This is a genuine co-creation workshop. We will first showcase the differences in how everyone uses AI, where some can't live without it while others are just starting; these differences are perfectly normal. Through guided discussions, we aim to reflect on our experiences and consider what skills are needed as AI increasingly infiltrates our work and lives, so we can make better judgments, collaborate, and take action. There will be sharing and exchange as well as time for self-reflection, providing everyone’s thoughts a chance to be heard and organized.
