This evening is full of concrete examples from people who have opened up their actual workflows – and are willing to talk about what works, what doesn't, and what they wish they'd known earlier. 📡 Phase 2 on the horizon – Data as the new foundation Without the right data, agents remain dumb. Two talks go straight to the heart of this: what does an industry standard like SIA need to look like to be machine-readable? And what does it take to provide the material and environmental data that a truly sustainable agentic economy needs as fuel? 🤖 Phase 3 in view – The agentic firm When tools communicate, workflows run automatically, and planning data is clean and semantically enriched – then the multi-agent planning firm is no longer a thought experiment. It's an engineering problem. We're mapping the path.
