[Event Overview] “While AI can produce code 10 times faster, testing has not changed at all” – Have you felt the same? In AI-driven development, the effort required for development has dramatically decreased. However, with the increasing speed of development, the importance of review and validation in projects has relatively increased, and the need for early test preparations has emerged, making the testing process increasingly the most significant bottleneck in projects. There have been many notable examples of a vicious circle where projects are released with insufficient testing due to shortened timelines, leading to a rush of bug fixes post-launch. The essence of the problem lies in the fact that “development has been accelerated, but the surrounding processes, including testing, have not been updated.” In this seminar, we will specifically present the ideal development and testing framework for the AI era by combining insights from the testing tool “Esplat” (Amifiable), which automatically generates test cases, scripts, and evidence from design documents, and “INTLOOP,” which supports requirements from the definition phase to the development phase. [Recommended for] [Speakers] Joined NTT Docomo as a graduate and was responsible for developing solutions for enterprises. Lived in Thailand for the expansion of his own company. After returning, he went through three consulting firms and has been in his current position since September 2023. He oversees the test automation solution “Esplat” and leads the AI business center as well as the research and development department, effectively utilizing both technology and operations with AI. The effective use of generative AI, logic, and human resources is key to maximizing effectiveness, and he has conducted a large-scale renewal of Esplat to realize this. Today, he will explain optimal utilization methods for generative AI based on his previous experiences. Tr joined INTLOOP in 2026 after working at foreign consulting firms such as Accenture and large system integrators. He has extensive project experience in enterprise transformation projects and core system renewals and was the PM for the first SAP implementation project in a Japanese company, being among the pioneers of ERP. At the consulting company, he built the quality management process for industrialized IT projects and has strong operational guidance in all IT projects, holding a qualification as a system analyst. At INTLOOP, he is responsible for the transformation and reconstruction of core business systems. After working at Daimaru Co., Ltd., Fujifilm System Services Co., Ltd. (formerly Fuj Xerox System Services Co., Ltd.), and Ainex Co., Ltd., he possesses a wide range of experience in the sales of ICT solutions, ICT business planning, supporting the creation and execution of RFIs/RFPs, and project management. He is actively involved in areas that utilize knowledge of communal systems and has extensive experience in constructing web services, including digital marketing. Recently, he specializes in managing the realization of valuable services from upstream arrangements against ambiguous business requirements and has been responsible for various development projects since the establishment of INTLOOP’s development center. He started his career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) as a graduate and gathered 17 years of experience. He was part of the SE team at Accenture, began his career as a programmer, and gained experience from formulation to operation and maintenance. After that, he was dispatched to a political party to learn the foundations of the public sector and worked as PM for large-scale projects in the public sector. He held positions such as Executive Partner in the strategy group and Consulting Partner for organizational and personnel management. After leaving Accenture, he founded his own company and provided consulting and system development services for trading companies, large distribution companies, construction companies, and telecommunications companies, focusing on product development, building comprehensive logistics centers, and creating logistics models.
