We Robot 2026 is an interdisciplinary, peer-reviewed conference focusing on the legal, ethical, and policy implications of robots and emergent digital technologies. The conference will be held in Berlin, Germany, marking its first European edition. Organized by RAILS e.V., the event aims to foster international collaboration and discuss pathways toward responsible technology use. A major focus will be a comparative analysis of different approaches to AI and robotics regulation, fostering mutual learning and dialogue. The conference seeks to bring together scientists, policymakers, business leaders, and experts to discuss strategies for managing advancements in robotics and AI. We Robot has previously been hosted at institutions such as Yale, Stanford, and the University of Miami. Registration is open, with limited early bird options available until the end of 2025.
