AI writes the code, you own the quality. Prompting your way to a working feature has never been easier. Prompting your way to software that survives a security review, a load test and three years of maintenance is a different problem entirely. Most teams have solved speed. Almost none have solved what comes after: the untested edge case, the dependency nobody vetted, the architecture that quietly rotted because every prompt optimised for "make it work" instead of "make it hold." This is the second edition of our AI Native Development series, and this time we invited a serial entrepreneur with decades of real world experience in delivering working software.
