REQUIRED: A PAID CLAUDE OR CHATGPT SUBSCRIPTION Please read this before buying a ticket. You need a paid plan on either Claude or ChatGPT — Claude Pro or ChatGPT Plus, around $20 a month. Either one is fine, you don't need both. This isn't a preference. Scheduling a task to run on its own, and letting it read from your own drive, sheets or inbox, sit behind the paid tier on both products. A free account can't do the thing this workshop is about, and you'd spend three hours watching other people work. Set it up before Saturday rather than on the day. You do not need to know how to write code. You're not really using AI until it works when you're not looking. Most people's entire experience of it is a chat window. Open a tab, ask a question, get an answer, close the tab. Next week, do the whole thing again from scratch. That's useful, but if you have to be there for it, it isn't leverage — it's faster typing. This workshop is about the other kind: tasks that run on a schedule, read your own data, and finish before you sit down at your desk. HOUR ONE — WE BUILD ONE TOGETHER, STEP BY STEP • Get your task done properly once, so you know what good looks like • Turn that into a set of instructions the AI can follow again without you rewriting it • Connect it to your own data, so it isn't waiting for you to paste things in • Put it on a schedule, and set it up to tell you when something goes wrong You follow along on your own laptop and finish each step before we move on. HOURS TWO AND THREE — YOU GET YOURS RUNNING You apply it to your own task while I go around the room and work with people one at a time. Fourteen spots, so I get to everyone more than once. WHAT TO BRING A laptop, charged, already signed in to your paid Claude or ChatGPT account. And one task you repeat every week. A report you rebuild from scratch. A summary you write every Monday. Research you keep redoing. Numbers you pull from the same three places. If you already do it on a schedule, it's a good candidate. He runs a large part of the company on AI agents. Support tickets get turned into bug reports before he's read them, and much of the routine work runs the same way, on a schedule, whether he's looking or not. It's the same setup he'll be teaching in this session. He also advises investment firms and startup founders on where AI fits into their business. He lives and works in Vancouver.
