The Undiagnosed Hackathon aims to find innovative solutions for the 350 million people living with undiagnosed diseases globally. Multidisciplinary teams will collaborate, utilizing clinical information and genomic data to address challenging cases. The event fosters teamwork among clinicians, scientists, and AI specialists while providing access to valuable resources and data for further analysis.
Hoogtepunten
350 million people worldwide live with undiagnosed diseases. Genome sequencing provides answers for 40% of cases, but 60% remain undiagnosed. Multidisciplinary teams collaborate to solve challenging cases. Participants include clinicians, bioinformaticians, scientists, and AI specialists. Access to clinical information and genomic data for analysis. Event aims to foster new collaborations and solutions. Participants will have access to pre-processed sequencing data. Raw data available for re-analysis after the event. Global participation with nominations from clinicians worldwide. Focus on solving the most difficult undiagnosed diseases.
