Bihar AI Summit 2026 brings together policymakers, industry leaders, and researchers to explore AI solutions for Bihar. The summit features discussions on AI applications in agriculture, healthcare, and governance. Bihar government signed MoUs worth ₹468 crore with technology companies and IIT Patna during the event. A ₹250-crore research park is planned at IIT Patna to foster innovation and industry-academia collaboration. A ₹60-crore Centre of Excellence in AI is being established to promote innovation and employment in the state. The summit aims to position Bihar as a global technology hub for eastern and northeastern India. Over 10,000 new job opportunities in emerging technologies are expected to be created. More than 50,000 youth will receive skill development training through AI-linked programs. The event includes participation from CEOs of over 100 technology companies and delegates from more than 135 countries. Bihar Pavilion at the summit showcases the state's AI-driven policies and investment prospects.
