APAC AI for Science DevFest - Call for Speakers

Submit your session before October 31st: https://goo.gle/AI-Devfest2026 The vision of the APAC AI for Science DevFest is to charge breakthrough science via a single platform to spark new ideas, foster interdisciplinary collaborations, and impart cutting-edge skills to the community. By diluting international borders and transcending time zones, this DevFest brings together researchers, developers, and engineers to solve complex scientific challenges and bridge academia-industry partnerships. 🎯 Core Tracks & Themes We invite proposals aligned with (but not limited to) our four overarching thematic tracks: 🧪 AI for Science (AI → Science): Application of AI architectures, agentic workflows, LLMs, and machine learning models to accelerate discoveries across physics, astronomy, chemistry, life sciences, and earth sciences. 🔬 Science for AI (Science → AI): How scientific principles, physical laws, mathematical theory, and quantum concepts inspire next-generation AI architectures, interpretability, physics-informed neural networks (PINNs), and foundational algorithms. 🚀 DeepTech, EmergingTech & Scientific Entrepreneurship: Intersections of Science and AI with frontier technologies, including SpaceTech, robotics, advanced engineering, quantum technologies, emerging tech hardware/software, Edge AI and translating scientific breakthroughs into real-world commercial products and open-source solutions. 📢 Science Communication, Education & Public Engagement: Bridging the gap between researchers and non-researchers, developers and non-developers. Exploring AI-driven science storytelling, educational tech, citizen science, open data initiatives, policy, ethics, and making complex scientific breakthroughs accessible to all.
