He earned his PhD in Artificial Intelligence in 2012, more than a decade before most of us started paying attention, and has spent the years since building digital-trust infrastructure for governments and institutions across Latin America. That work now serves more than 8 million citizens across 20+ governments. He is co-founder of Sovra, the proof layer for the agent economy, built so that people and their AI agents can act on verifiable proof rather than blind faith. He is also the creator of the AIOS, the system we’ll be working with throughout the programme, which he runs his own ventures on today. He is a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader, has spoken at Davos in 2018 and 2025, and has been named to the Agile 50, the fifty most influential people in governance. He has been an Ethereum Foundation Next Billion Fellow, worked with the UNICEF Innovation Fund, and studied at Singularity University and the Harvard Kennedy School.
