Week 2 — CV and cover letters (Week 2 · 2 hours) Draft strong application documents you fully own. Structuring a CV for ATS and human readers Tailoring cover letters to job descriptions Review checklist: accuracy, tone, and claims you can defend Deliverable: CV v2 and two cover letter templates. Week 3 — Interview preparation (Week 3 · 2 hours) Turn experience into confident interview answers. STAR method with real examples from your background Practice questions for admin, support, and digital roles Feedback loops — improving without losing authenticity Deliverable: Interview prep document with 8 STAR stories. Week 4 — AI for everyday office tasks (Week 4 · 2 hours) Speed up email, notes, and summaries at work. Professional email drafts you edit before sending Meeting agendas, minutes, and action lists Summarising long documents and policies Deliverable: Office prompt template pack (5 templates). Week 5 — Research and learning (Week 5 · 2 hours) Use AI to learn new tools without skipping fundamentals. Asking for explanations vs full solutions Verifying sources and spotting outdated advice Building a learning plan for your target role Deliverable: Two-week skills learning plan. Week 6 — GDPR, privacy, and employer trust (Week 6 · 2 hours) Keep confidential data out of public AI tools.
