Event Overview As the market environment and organizational structures become increasingly reliant on AI, how should Japanese companies approach their organizational development and talent recruitment and training? In this event, we welcome Mr. Tetsu Saito, who advocates for organizations that achieve high performance with a small elite in the AI era, and Mr. Piotr Felix Grzybicki, who has supported many organizational reforms at companies like Google. Together, we will discuss what winning organizations and companies look like in the AI era, how management practices change, and how team collaboration for driving innovation is transformed by the advent of AI. Talk Themes Speakers Brandon K. Hill Founder & CEO, btrax Japan Regional Director, The AI Collective CEO of btrax. Based in San Francisco and Tokyo, he supports global businesses through design. As the representative of The AI Collective, the world’s largest AI community in Japan, he leads the international community in the AI x Design field and serves as an advisor to the San Francisco city government. He graduated from the design department of San Francisco State University. His book "Design Thinking Illustrated" has been published. Tetsu Saito Professor, Faculty of Economics, Business Breakthrough University Joined IBM Japan in 1985. Resigned at the age of 29 to establish Flex Farm and ventured into the world of startups. He experienced significant ups and downs. He currently serves as the representative of hint Corporation. In 2016, he became a special visiting professor at Gakushuin University’s Faculty of Economics, and in 2020, a professor at Business Breakthrough University’s Faculty of Management. His specialties are organizational theory and entrepreneurship. Also, in 2019, he established the "hint Academy" for working adults, with more than 1,500 graduates. His book "That's Why We Can Change Organizations" has sold over 100,000 copies and won the "Readers' Choice Business Book Grand Prix 2023" (Management Category). He has published many other works, including his latest book "And We Will Evolve Organizations," which proposes a new organizational theory for the AI era. Piotr Felix Grzybicki Serial entrepreneur, investor, business consultant, and author. After working at Morgan Stanley, he engaged in talent development, organizational reform, and leadership management at Google. He became independent in 2015 and founded the future-creating company Pronoia Group. In 2016, he co-founded the HR technology company Motify and exited in 2020. In 2019, he co-founded the entrepreneurial education venture TimeLeap. He is the author of the bestselling book "NEW ELITE," among others, including "Paradigm Shift: Let's Discuss Essential Questions to Create a New World" and "The World's Best Coach." His latest works include "The Strongest Textbook on Psychological Safety" and "What the World's Top Performers Discuss in Small Talk." He hails from Poland.
