Overview
The CPD Foundation Harris Debate was established by RICS to recognize Jonathan Harris’ unique contribution to Continuing Professional Development, further education, and lifelong learning. Each debate focuses on the theme of ethics and is chaired by Lord Bichard of Nailsworth KCB. Jonathan Harris CBE FRICS, who joined RICS at the age of 17, rose through the ranks to become its President in 2000/2001.
This year's debate centers around the ethics of AI in surveying and valuation, a critical topic as the role of AI continues to expand.
