Part of the Austin AI Film Festival. The Global Virtual GenJamOctober 8 to 10 The Austin AI Film Festival, Machine Cinema, and AITX are running a 48-hour GenJam the week before the festival. It is free and fully virtual, so you can take part from anywhere in the world. Seats are limited, so entry is by application, and we review portfolios to decide who gets in. The challengeThis year's festival theme is going deep into the craft. Your job is to remix it. Take the idea and make it your own in a short generative film, on whichever platform you choose. Each participant picks a sponsor track and competes for that track's prize. Tracks are revealed when the hackathon launches and include cash prizes and credits on the sponsoring platforms.
